What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I return an item?

To initiate a return, contact us at returns@manaplustrading.com. If your return is accepted, we'll provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

What about damaged or incorrect items?

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, please inspect it upon receipt and contact us immediately. We will assess the issue and work to make it right.

Are there any exceptions to your return policy?

Yes, certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products, and personal care items. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials or flammable goods. Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

What about exchanges?

If you want to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.

When can I expect a refund?

We will notify you after receiving and inspecting your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed within 10 business days using your original payment method. Keep in mind that your bank or credit card company may also require additional time to process and post the refund.
